I have great pleasure in testifying to the capacity and worth of Miss Elizabeth Jones, who for the past three years has been Head Mistress of the Infant School. I have known her for nearly eighteen years, first as a scholar, and since in every grade of the teaching profession, and in each she has done well, and given complete satisfaction. Miss Jones is an excellent teacher and maintains perfect order and discipline in the school. She has got on well with other teachers both when a junior and as Head Mistress. The School is exceedingly popular with the children and their parents. H.M. Inspector has always expressed high appreciation of the state of the School, and of Miss Jones’s work. I can testify to her high character and general usefulness both inside and outside the school.
